Felix was extremely patient and informative during my visit with him helping me select the ring of my choice and eventually helping me customize and design my engagement ring. Price and quality of his stones are beyond reasonable compared to market prices at brand name stores and he takes the time to educate you to find the ring/stone that suits your needs and budget. I knew I wanted to get a Custom Engagement Ring for my (now Fiancé), which I had envisioned after searching many designs over the past few months. I was referred to this group by a few friends who were customers as well. Felix is a very approachable guy. He never pressured me to buy anything or up sell me. In fact when I wanted a platinum band he told me that I should perhaps consider white gold to keep the costs down. I ended up going with platinum anyway and he helped bring in a diamond for me from New York. Anytime I hit him up whether it's to do a plat stamp or to stop by he's never turned me down even though he's busy. He never said "no" to any of my requests and just always got the job done. From start to finish he answered so many of my questions. I had LOTS of questions. I just like that he's always made himself available and never made any of my requests seem like too much. The finished product was absolute stunning. My fiance loves the engagement ring. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The buying experience was incredible. I'm happy that there is life time servicing available for the ring - cleaning, polishing, resizing, ect. I will be back for wedding bands.
