Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!

I guarantee that you get the most reasonable price for high-quality diamonds, and trust me, I searched not only the stores in Vancouver but also for other countries. For our wedding, we searched for two months, and my last stop was DiamondNet, where I again found what i was looking for. A gorgeous diamond necklace that I could never find anywhere else for such a reasonable price. Lastly, if you're looking for a private jewelery store with white gloves service, regardless of your budget, you've found it.
