He has a large variety of diamonds which helps the process to see different shapes on hand. We never felt pressured to buy anything and the turnaround time for the finished product was SOO QUICK! Seeing what he got, I knew I had to check it out when my time came. Few years later, with very little knowledge about diamonds I decided to go see Felix for my now, fiancé's engagement ring and wedding band. I can't say enough about how happy I was with this place. The entire process from start to finish was such a smooth process. I wasn't well versed on what it is that I was wanting to get and Felix walked me through the entire process and explained everything to me. The different choices that I could get and I ended up getting exactly what I had envisioned and Felix worked around my budget. My finance loves her ring so much and could not be any happier. Again, the service I was provided was impeccable. Felix took my vision and made me two beautiful custom rings while staying within my budget and in a very decent timeline. I think the best piece of advice I can offer anyone is if your debating on visiting diamond net, don't hesitate. You will by no means feel any pressure from them. Whether you end up purchasing from them or not they will still help you out and provide you with the information that your looking for. That to me is very important because a lot of places don't want to invest their time with you if you don't purchase something. Or they make you feel like you have to buy something. To start, we were unsure and indecisive on what exactly we wanted (shape, carat, colour, cut) and Felix took his time to explain every little diamond detail to us. When we started to look into loose diamonds, he took his time to carefully give us his professional feedback on each diamond and we found that super helpful. After deciding which diamond was the best for us, Felix helped us customize our ring design and we couldn’t be any more happier. The result and final touch was spectacular! The ring was PERFECT and exactly like how we imagined it to be. We were so amazed and we definitely will be recommending Diamond Net & Felix to our family and friends.
