My name is Alex I picked up my ring 3 weeks ago. I came in after being at another ring shop in Langley that was high pressure high stress and when I met with Felix all that went out the window my experience was awesome, I let him know the diamond shape and setting I wanted and within a half hour we found the perfect stone and setting and had it being made. Felix was extremely patient and informative during my visit with him helping me select the ring of my choice and eventually helping me customize and design my engagement ring. Price and quality of his stones are beyond reasonable compared to market prices at brand name stores and he takes the time to educate you to find the ring/stone that suits your needs and budget. I was recommended by a colleague to go to DiamondNet and ask for Felix. The experience was so positive and easy going! Felix was great in explaining the different types of diamonds and rings, and was able to present to me different options within my budget.
