Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I was recommended by a colleague to go to DiamondNet and ask for Felix. The experience was so positive and easy going! Felix was great in explaining the different types of diamonds and rings, and was able to present to me different options within my budget. I highly recommend this place when it comes to purchasing an engagement ring - furthermore, the turnaround to get your ring designed and finished does not take longer than 2-3 weeks. I would love to give Felix a huge shout out, he is so patient and kind and made us feel at ease the whole time while we chose our perfect ring. After we chose the perfect diamond we showed him the design we wanted and he was able to get it done within a week! Felix has the best customer service and top quality custom work. I loved the fact I could see the diamonds in the show room first hand before purchasing. There is no sales pressure. Was a pleasure and will definitely continue getting jewellery through him. Thanks again Felix!
