We would like to give a shout-out and a huge THANK YOU to Felix for helping us get our perfect ring. Felix was super sweet and patient with us from the beginning start to end. To start, we were unsure and indecisive on what exactly we wanted (shape, carat, colour, cut) and Felix took his time to explain every little diamond detail to us. When we started to look into loose diamonds, he took his time to carefully give us his professional feedback on each diamond and we found that super helpful. After deciding which diamond was the best for us, Felix helped us customize our ring design and we couldn’t be any more happier. The result and final touch was spectacular! The ring was PERFECT and exactly like how we imagined it to be. We were so amazed and we definitely will be recommending Diamond Net & Felix to our family and friends.

Felix was great to work with. He described the different types of diamonds and was able to show us quite a few options within our budget. He is very honest, professional and helpful. My engagement ring looks exactly how I envisioned it. I was also very happy to hear that my ring was ready within 2 weeks! There is a reason why Diamond net has a 5/5 review. Felix is absolutely amazing!!!! He is honest, knowledgeable, super friendly and knows what he's doing. Many people will claim that they are diamond "wholesalers" but Felix is actually the real deal and his prices are the best in Vancouver. We shopped around a lot, many people are actually diamond brokers instead of wholesalers, there is a huge difference between the two. I can say with great confidence we received the best customer service and price from Felix. Not only is he honest but he doesn't try to pressure you into anything as seen from other people in the lower mainland. The quality of the product is also amazing. My engagement ring is to die for. We will definitely be using him again for all future diamond needs and highly recommend him for anyone searching for an engagement ring, wedding band, diamond earrings, loose diamonds etc. Thank you Felix!!!!! My Fiance proposed to me last month with an absolutely stunning custom made ring by Diamond Net. It really is gorgeous, I was in awe when he opened the ring box (it also had a little light shining on the diamond ring which i thought was a nice touch as it gave it the wow-factor) - you can tell that Diamond Net have a higher quality of diamonds from other rings that I've seen out there with a similar design. The resizing process with Felix was seamless as well, and he makes sure that it gets polished whenever I pop by to make it sparkle even more! Amazing service, very easy to work with and high quality products... Can't wait to get my wedding band made with Diamond Net. Thank you for helping my Fiance create my ring :)
