Many people will claim that they are diamond "wholesalers" but Felix is actually the real deal and his prices are the best in Vancouver. We shopped around a lot, many people are actually diamond brokers instead of wholesalers, there is a huge difference between the two. I can say with great confidence we received the best customer service and price from Felix. Not only is he honest but he doesn't try to pressure you into anything as seen from other people in the lower mainland. The quality of the product is also amazing. My engagement ring is to die for. Highly recommend Felix at Diamond Net! I met Felix not even a year ago and he helped me find the perfect engagement ring for my wife within a few weeks. Fast forward a few months to our wedding, Felix once again made my wife and I very happy by creating her a beautiful custom wedding band. Felix is very professional and is always able to get us the best deal on any type of diamonds or jewelry we're looking for. Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!
