Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). Such an amazing experience working with Felix at DiamondNet. I browsed engagement rings at several jewelers and nothing compared to the relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable experience of working with Felix. I was able to physically see, compare and handle various diamonds. Felix was very patient and not pushy at all - he answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and did not try to convince me one way or another.
