My name is Alex I picked up my ring 3 weeks ago. I came in after being at another ring shop in Langley that was high pressure high stress and when I met with Felix all that went out the window my experience was awesome, I let him know the diamond shape and setting I wanted and within a half hour we found the perfect stone and setting and had it being made. Felix was great to work with. He described the different types of diamonds and was able to show us quite a few options within our budget. He is very honest, professional and helpful. Best prices, best customer service, honest, trustworthy and flexible diamond specialist. Had my engagement ring, and both wedding bands made through Felix. This was of course after going to 4 others first. Diamond net is by far the best.
