I was referred to this group by a few friends who were customers as well. Felix is a very approachable guy. He never pressured me to buy anything or up sell me. In fact when I wanted a platinum band he told me that I should perhaps consider white gold to keep the costs down. I ended up going with platinum anyway and he helped bring in a diamond for me from New York. Anytime I hit him up whether it's to do a plat stamp or to stop by he's never turned me down even though he's busy. He never said "no" to any of my requests and just always got the job done. From start to finish he answered so many of my questions. I had LOTS of questions. I just like that he's always made himself available and never made any of my requests seem like too much. The finished product was absolute stunning. My fiance loves the engagement ring. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The buying experience was incredible. I'm happy that there is life time servicing available for the ring - cleaning, polishing, resizing, ect. I will be back for wedding bands.

I would love to give Felix a huge shout out, he is so patient and kind and made us feel at ease the whole time while we chose our perfect ring. After we chose the perfect diamond we showed him the design we wanted and he was able to get it done within a week! I'm from Saskatchewan and Felix was a great help in sending pictures of different settings and diamonds and was very patient in answering all my questions. All in all it was an awesome buying experience!

Best prices, best customer service, honest, trustworthy and flexible diamond specialist. Had my engagement ring, and both wedding bands made through Felix. This was of course after going to 4 others first. Diamond net is by far the best.
