Felix was great to work with. He described the different types of diamonds and was able to show us quite a few options within our budget. He is very honest, professional and helpful. My engagement ring looks exactly how I envisioned it. I was also very happy to hear that my ring was ready within 2 weeks! Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating.
