Felix has incredible patience. I saw him for 6 months, explaining what I wanted and he created such a beautiful ring for me. He is honest and has quality product. Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating. Not once did he complain or give up. Costumer service was so genuine that we reffered someone even before I got my ring back!!
