My experience with Diamond Net was amazing. Felix was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He was able design a ring that was exactly what was wanted. Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!

For 20 years married and 25 years together, I decided it was time to upgrade my spouse's diamond on her ring plus update the yellow gold stying for the engagement ring and the wedding band to platinum. Felix provided many diamond options to look at, which was very competitively priced compared to traditional jewelry stores in the mall. His advice on viewing and seeing various diamonds in the same light was very helpful. His inventory of loose diamonds was very impressive as there seemed to be a lot of options to choose from. Certified with the traditional levels of C's for whatever reason, do not always appear as brilliant in real life as others in the same certification category. I was able to pick a large brilliant diamond with a lot of fire and it surprised me what the C's stated on the certificate. I then described what I wanted in a setting plus an accompanying wedding band to which Felix created two matching custom pieces exactly as I had described. It was an amazing experience overall and service was impeccable. The diamond certificate and appraisal was included which was a bonus. I would recommend Felix to anyone looking for honest, competitive pricing with great advice and service.
