I was referred to this group by a few friends who were customers as well. Felix is a very approachable guy. He never pressured me to buy anything or up sell me. In fact when I wanted a platinum band he told me that I should perhaps consider white gold to keep the costs down. I ended up going with platinum anyway and he helped bring in a diamond for me from New York. Anytime I hit him up whether it's to do a plat stamp or to stop by he's never turned me down even though he's busy. He never said "no" to any of my requests and just always got the job done. From start to finish he answered so many of my questions. I had LOTS of questions. I just like that he's always made himself available and never made any of my requests seem like too much. The finished product was absolute stunning. My fiance loves the engagement ring. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The buying experience was incredible. I'm happy that there is life time servicing available for the ring - cleaning, polishing, resizing, ect. I will be back for wedding bands.

I was recommended by a colleague to go to DiamondNet and ask for Felix. The experience was so positive and easy going! Felix was great in explaining the different types of diamonds and rings, and was able to present to me different options within my budget. I highly recommend this place when it comes to purchasing an engagement ring - furthermore, the turnaround to get your ring designed and finished does not take longer than 2-3 weeks. We bought our wedding bands with Felix, and he was very friendly and offered amazing customer service. He was patient with our questions, he was genuine and we did not feel any pressure. If you are shopping for a Diamond this is the place to go Felix was awesome to deal with . They have lots of inventory for you to see and choose from at most price point . No rush or pushing of sales in fact Felix will take his time explaining each diamond to you , we ended up with something my wife loves and I was $12,000 under budget so a win win for her and me Highly recommended Felix and DiamondNet PS : Felix when it’s time to upgrade my wife’s 2.7ct we will see you again
