Many people will claim that they are diamond "wholesalers" but Felix is actually the real deal and his prices are the best in Vancouver. We shopped around a lot, many people are actually diamond brokers instead of wholesalers, there is a huge difference between the two. I can say with great confidence we received the best customer service and price from Felix. Not only is he honest but he doesn't try to pressure you into anything as seen from other people in the lower mainland. The quality of the product is also amazing. My engagement ring is to die for. I usually never leave a Google review but I feel Felix deserves praise. After going to various diamond dealers for an engagement ring, I chose Felix. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My name is Alex I picked up my ring 3 weeks ago. I came in after being at another ring shop in Langley that was high pressure high stress and when I met with Felix all that went out the window my experience was awesome, I let him know the diamond shape and setting I wanted and within a half hour we found the perfect stone and setting and had it being made. I gave it to my now fiancé and she was blown away with how perfect it was. Thank you Felix for working with me and helping me find the perfect ring.

Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!
