I browsed engagement rings at several jewelers and nothing compared to the relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable experience of working with Felix. Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!

Been dealing with these guys for a long time. The service and pricing they give is the best in town so no reason to shop anywhere. There don’t pressure u into buying but will give u option base on your budget. Jus say I’ve upgraded many times.
