Felix is extremely knowledgeable and kind. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase a particular product with him. He has a wide variety of diamonds available and is very patient in allowing a purchaser to look through many options. Such an amazing experience working with Felix at DiamondNet. I browsed engagement rings at several jewelers and nothing compared to the relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable experience of working with Felix. I was able to physically see, compare and handle various diamonds. Felix was very patient and not pushy at all - he answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and did not try to convince me one way or another.
