Felix played a special role in planning for my surprised proposal. It all started with 'the' RING! I sat in his office, we discussed on what my now Fiancé likes and step by step concluded on a beautiful diamond, ring setting and style. Never I felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He is very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. My Fiancé was astonished when she saw the ROCK! Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). Felix has incredible patience. I saw him for 6 months, explaining what I wanted and he created such a beautiful ring for me. He is honest and has quality product. Such an amazing experience working with Felix at DiamondNet. I browsed engagement rings at several jewelers and nothing compared to the relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable experience of working with Felix. I was able to physically see, compare and handle various diamonds. Felix was very patient and not pushy at all - he answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and did not try to convince me one way or another.
