I knew I wanted to get a Custom Engagement Ring for my (now Fiancé), which I had envisioned after searching many designs over the past few months. Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!
