I was dealing with Felix and he was pretty good he helped me in my budget. he showed me a different diamond then I found a better one and he gave me the diamond I wanted and in my budget. he was really understanding and great to work with. For 20 years married and 25 years together, I decided it was time to upgrade my spouse's diamond on her ring plus update the yellow gold stying for the engagement ring and the wedding band to platinum. Felix provided many diamond options to look at, which was very competitively priced compared to traditional jewelry stores in the mall. His advice on viewing and seeing various diamonds in the same light was very helpful. His inventory of loose diamonds was very impressive as there seemed to be a lot of options to choose from. Certified with the traditional levels of C's for whatever reason, do not always appear as brilliant in real life as others in the same certification category. I was able to pick a large brilliant diamond with a lot of fire and it surprised me what the C's stated on the certificate. I then described what I wanted in a setting plus an accompanying wedding band to which Felix created two matching custom pieces exactly as I had described. It was an amazing experience overall and service was impeccable. The diamond certificate and appraisal was included which was a bonus. I would recommend Felix to anyone looking for honest, competitive pricing with great advice and service.

Felix made my ring dreams come true! My husband wanted to get me a new wedding set for our 15th anniversary. I wanted something custom made, oval 2+ carat, hidden halo, very thin, diamond covered band, and nothing on the market was what I was looking for. Felix custom made the most beautiful ring of my dreams!! I knew it was going to be gorgeous, but WOW it was even better than I had imagined! We shopped around to other name brand jewellery stores closer to our home so I could have an idea of what I wanted. Upon looking, the jewellery stores gave us prices. Diamond Net was priced wayyyyy better than competitors as you are buying direct from the wholesaler. It was so easy to book my appointment online and I went the next day! I spent about 45 minutes with Felix designing and going over the details and I wasn’t rushed or pressured. We are beyond thrilled with our purchase and the compliments I receive on my ring every day are a testament to the beautiful custom work well done ????
