My name is Alex I picked up my ring 3 weeks ago. I came in after being at another ring shop in Langley that was high pressure high stress and when I met with Felix all that went out the window my experience was awesome, I let him know the diamond shape and setting I wanted and within a half hour we found the perfect stone and setting and had it being made. I was recommended by a colleague to go to DiamondNet and ask for Felix. The experience was so positive and easy going! Felix was great in explaining the different types of diamonds and rings, and was able to present to me different options within my budget. I highly recommend this place when it comes to purchasing an engagement ring - furthermore, the turnaround to get your ring designed and finished does not take longer than 2-3 weeks. Felix is amazing and was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking stones and settings and guiding what looks the best/size on finger! He has a large variety of diamonds which helps the process to see different shapes on hand. We never felt pressured to buy anything and the turnaround time for the finished product was SOO QUICK! Highly recommend!
