We bought our wedding bands with Felix, and he was very friendly and offered amazing customer service. He was patient with our questions, he was genuine and we did not feel any pressure. Felix played a special role in planning for my surprised proposal. It all started with 'the' RING! I sat in his office, we discussed on what my now Fiancé likes and step by step concluded on a beautiful diamond, ring setting and style. Never I felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He is very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. My Fiancé was astonished when she saw the ROCK! I told Felix I will be back for the wedding band, which I now have in my possession, and yes it is also a Work Of Art. BRAVO!
