Many people will claim that they are diamond "wholesalers" but Felix is actually the real deal and his prices are the best in Vancouver. We shopped around a lot, many people are actually diamond brokers instead of wholesalers, there is a huge difference between the two. I can say with great confidence we received the best customer service and price from Felix. Not only is he honest but he doesn't try to pressure you into anything as seen from other people in the lower mainland. The quality of the product is also amazing. My engagement ring is to die for. Felix was a awesome guy to work with. When it came to getting me a custom made engagement ring he got exactly what I wanted with super fast turn around. Also the price comparison to him VS others was almost half the price for a similar diamond.. I highly recommend him & Diamond Net.

Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). My name is Alex I picked up my ring 3 weeks ago. I came in after being at another ring shop in Langley that was high pressure high stress and when I met with Felix all that went out the window my experience was awesome, I let him know the diamond shape and setting I wanted and within a half hour we found the perfect stone and setting and had it being made. I gave it to my now fiancé and she was blown away with how perfect it was. Thank you Felix for working with me and helping me find the perfect ring.
