I would love to give Felix a huge shout out, he is so patient and kind and made us feel at ease the whole time while we chose our perfect ring. After we chose the perfect diamond we showed him the design we wanted and he was able to get it done within a week! Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating.
