We would like to give a shout-out and a huge THANK YOU to Felix for helping us get our perfect ring. Felix was super sweet and patient with us from the beginning start to end. To start, we were unsure and indecisive on what exactly we wanted (shape, carat, colour, cut) and Felix took his time to explain every little diamond detail to us. When we started to look into loose diamonds, he took his time to carefully give us his professional feedback on each diamond and we found that super helpful. After deciding which diamond was the best for us, Felix helped us customize our ring design and we couldn’t be any more happier. The result and final touch was spectacular! The ring was PERFECT and exactly like how we imagined it to be. We were so amazed and we definitely will be recommending Diamond Net & Felix to our family and friends.

For 20 years married and 25 years together, I decided it was time to upgrade my spouse's diamond on her ring plus update the yellow gold stying for the engagement ring and the wedding band to platinum. Felix provided many diamond options to look at, which was very competitively priced compared to traditional jewelry stores in the mall. His advice on viewing and seeing various diamonds in the same light was very helpful. His inventory of loose diamonds was very impressive as there seemed to be a lot of options to choose from. Certified with the traditional levels of C's for whatever reason, do not always appear as brilliant in real life as others in the same certification category. I was able to pick a large brilliant diamond with a lot of fire and it surprised me what the C's stated on the certificate. I then described what I wanted in a setting plus an accompanying wedding band to which Felix created two matching custom pieces exactly as I had described. It was an amazing experience overall and service was impeccable. The diamond certificate and appraisal was included which was a bonus. I would recommend Felix to anyone looking for honest, competitive pricing with great advice and service.

Felix has the best customer service and top quality custom work. I loved the fact I could see the diamonds in the show room first hand before purchasing. There is no sales pressure. Was a pleasure and will definitely continue getting jewellery through him. Thanks again Felix!

I was recommended by a colleague to go to DiamondNet and ask for Felix. The experience was so positive and easy going! Felix was great in explaining the different types of diamonds and rings, and was able to present to me different options within my budget. I highly recommend this place when it comes to purchasing an engagement ring - furthermore, the turnaround to get your ring designed and finished does not take longer than 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend this shop and will come back for any future diamond purchases.
