Such an amazing experience working with Felix at DiamondNet. I browsed engagement rings at several jewelers and nothing compared to the relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable experience of working with Felix. I was able to physically see, compare and handle various diamonds. Felix was very patient and not pushy at all - he answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and did not try to convince me one way or another. Felix was great to work with. He described the different types of diamonds and was able to show us quite a few options within our budget. He is very honest, professional and helpful. My engagement ring looks exactly how I envisioned it. I was also very happy to hear that my ring was ready within 2 weeks!
