Felix played a special role in planning for my surprised proposal. It all started with 'the' RING! I sat in his office, we discussed on what my now Fiancé likes and step by step concluded on a beautiful diamond, ring setting and style. Never I felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He is very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. My Fiancé was astonished when she saw the ROCK! Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating. Not once did he complain or give up. Costumer service was so genuine that we reffered someone even before I got my ring back!!
