For 20 years married and 25 years together, I decided it was time to upgrade my spouse's diamond on her ring plus update the yellow gold stying for the engagement ring and the wedding band to platinum. Felix provided many diamond options to look at, which was very competitively priced compared to traditional jewelry stores in the mall. His advice on viewing and seeing various diamonds in the same light was very helpful. His inventory of loose diamonds was very impressive as there seemed to be a lot of options to choose from. Certified with the traditional levels of C's for whatever reason, do not always appear as brilliant in real life as others in the same certification category. I was able to pick a large brilliant diamond with a lot of fire and it surprised me what the C's stated on the certificate. I then described what I wanted in a setting plus an accompanying wedding band to which Felix created two matching custom pieces exactly as I had described. It was an amazing experience overall and service was impeccable. The diamond certificate and appraisal was included which was a bonus. I would recommend Felix to anyone looking for honest, competitive pricing with great advice and service.

Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). I was always intimidated of buying an engagement ring. I went to Felix. Got a absolutely stunning ring at a an amazing price. He's very honest, flexible and helpful. The first time I met Felix in 2018, I bought an engagement ring from him. I guarantee that you get the most reasonable price for high-quality diamonds, and trust me, I searched not only the stores in Vancouver but also for other countries. For our wedding, we searched for two months, and my last stop was DiamondNet, where I again found what i was looking for. A gorgeous diamond necklace that I could never find anywhere else for such a reasonable price. Lastly, if you're looking for a private jewelery store with white gloves service, regardless of your budget, you've found it.
