Felix was extremely patient and informative during my visit with him helping me select the ring of my choice and eventually helping me customize and design my engagement ring. Price and quality of his stones are beyond reasonable compared to market prices at brand name stores and he takes the time to educate you to find the ring/stone that suits your needs and budget. Felix has incredible patience. I saw him for 6 months, explaining what I wanted and he created such a beautiful ring for me. He is honest and has quality product.
