Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). The first time I met Felix in 2018, I bought an engagement ring from him. I guarantee that you get the most reasonable price for high-quality diamonds, and trust me, I searched not only the stores in Vancouver but also for other countries. For our wedding, we searched for two months, and my last stop was DiamondNet, where I again found what i was looking for. A gorgeous diamond necklace that I could never find anywhere else for such a reasonable price.
