Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. My name is Alex I picked up my ring 3 weeks ago. I came in after being at another ring shop in Langley that was high pressure high stress and when I met with Felix all that went out the window my experience was awesome, I let him know the diamond shape and setting I wanted and within a half hour we found the perfect stone and setting and had it being made. I gave it to my now fiancé and she was blown away with how perfect it was. Thank you Felix for working with me and helping me find the perfect ring.

We bought our wedding bands with Felix, and he was very friendly and offered amazing customer service. He was patient with our questions, he was genuine and we did not feel any pressure.
