My Fiance proposed to me last month with an absolutely stunning custom made ring by Diamond Net. It really is gorgeous, I was in awe when he opened the ring box (it also had a little light shining on the diamond ring which i thought was a nice touch as it gave it the wow-factor) - you can tell that Diamond Net have a higher quality of diamonds from other rings that I've seen out there with a similar design. The resizing process with Felix was seamless as well, and he makes sure that it gets polished whenever I pop by to make it sparkle even more! Amazing service, very easy to work with and high quality products... Can't wait to get my wedding band made with Diamond Net. Thank you for helping my Fiance create my ring :)

Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!

Such an amazing experience working with Felix at DiamondNet. I browsed engagement rings at several jewelers and nothing compared to the relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable experience of working with Felix. I was able to physically see, compare and handle various diamonds. Felix was very patient and not pushy at all - he answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and did not try to convince me one way or another. All around great experience and I’m extremely satisfied with the ring we received… she said yes! Thanks Felix.

Felix played a special role in planning for my surprised proposal. It all started with 'the' RING! I sat in his office, we discussed on what my now Fiancé likes and step by step concluded on a beautiful diamond, ring setting and style. Never I felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He is very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. My Fiancé was astonished when she saw the ROCK! I told Felix I will be back for the wedding band, which I now have in my possession, and yes it is also a Work Of Art. BRAVO!
