Felix was extremely patient and informative during my visit with him helping me select the ring of my choice and eventually helping me customize and design my engagement ring. Price and quality of his stones are beyond reasonable compared to market prices at brand name stores and he takes the time to educate you to find the ring/stone that suits your needs and budget. Felix was amazing! He was the only one who was able to source my 5ct diamond and create the exact ring I was looking for! He responds quickly and does not give you any pressure. Highly recommend! Will be back for our wedding bands :)
