Felix is extremely knowledgeable and kind. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase a particular product with him. Felix played a special role in planning for my surprised proposal. It all started with 'the' RING! I sat in his office, we discussed on what my now Fiancé likes and step by step concluded on a beautiful diamond, ring setting and style. Never I felt pressured or rushed into making a decision.
