My name is Alex I picked up my ring 3 weeks ago. I came in after being at another ring shop in Langley that was high pressure high stress and when I met with Felix all that went out the window my experience was awesome, I let him know the diamond shape and setting I wanted and within a half hour we found the perfect stone and setting and had it being made. We bought our wedding bands with Felix, and he was very friendly and offered amazing customer service. He was patient with our questions, he was genuine and we did not feel any pressure. Best prices, best customer service, honest, trustworthy and flexible diamond specialist. Had my engagement ring, and both wedding bands made through Felix. This was of course after going to 4 others first. Diamond net is by far the best.
