Felix was great to work with. He described the different types of diamonds and was able to show us quite a few options within our budget. He is very honest, professional and helpful. My engagement ring looks exactly how I envisioned it. I was also very happy to hear that my ring was ready within 2 weeks! I usually never leave a Google review but I feel Felix deserves praise. After going to various diamond dealers for an engagement ring, I chose Felix. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). I will from now on be going to Felix for ALL my diamond needs. Thank you Felix!
