Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating. Felix played a special role in planning for my surprised proposal. It all started with 'the' RING! I sat in his office, we discussed on what my now Fiancé likes and step by step concluded on a beautiful diamond, ring setting and style. Never I felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He is very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. My Fiancé was astonished when she saw the ROCK! I was recommended by a colleague to go to DiamondNet and ask for Felix. The experience was so positive and easy going!
