We would like to give a shout-out and a huge THANK YOU to Felix for helping us get our perfect ring. Felix was super sweet and patient with us from the beginning start to end. To start, we were unsure and indecisive on what exactly we wanted (shape, carat, colour, cut) and Felix took his time to explain every little diamond detail to us. When we started to look into loose diamonds, he took his time to carefully give us his professional feedback on each diamond and we found that super helpful. After deciding which diamond was the best for us, Felix helped us customize our ring design and we couldn’t be any more happier. The result and final touch was spectacular! The ring was PERFECT and exactly like how we imagined it to be. We were so amazed and we definitely will be recommending Diamond Net & Felix to our family and friends.

Felix was great from the start. Timely and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to bring to life exactly what I had envisioned. It was even better than I expected. Very fast turn around time, and Covid friendly.
