Felix has incredible patience. I saw him for 6 months, explaining what I wanted and he created such a beautiful ring for me. He is honest and has quality product. Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!
