He has a large variety of diamonds which helps the process to see different shapes on hand. We never felt pressured to buy anything and the turnaround time for the finished product was SOO QUICK! Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!

If you are shopping for a Diamond this is the place to go Felix was awesome to deal with . They have lots of inventory for you to see and choose from at most price point . Felix! I am really happy to finally have met you :) and I am in so much awe, that it is difficult to put my gratitude into words. The thoughtfulness, care, and craftsmanship that has gone into the ring I received leaves me speechless. I truly feel as though I am walking around with magic encased in million year old rock. You were able to provide him with rare coloured diamonds, and bring to life a design he envisioned from his heart - I am humbled by its beauty and his declaration of love.
