For 20 years married and 25 years together, I decided it was time to upgrade my spouse's diamond on her ring plus update the yellow gold stying for the engagement ring and the wedding band to platinum. Certified with the traditional levels of C's for whatever reason, do not always appear as brilliant in real life as others in the same certification category. I then described what I wanted in a setting plus an accompanying wedding band to which Felix created two matching custom pieces exactly as I had described. It was an amazing experience overall and service was impeccable. The diamond certificate and appraisal was included which was a bonus.
