Felix was great to work with. He described the different types of diamonds and was able to show us quite a few options within our budget. He is very honest, professional and helpful. My engagement ring looks exactly how I envisioned it. I was also very happy to hear that my ring was ready within 2 weeks! I would love to give Felix a huge shout out, he is so patient and kind and made us feel at ease the whole time while we chose our perfect ring. Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating. Not once did he complain or give up. Costumer service was so genuine that we reffered someone even before I got my ring back!!
