I was referred to this group by a few friends who were customers as well. Felix is a very approachable guy. He never pressured me to buy anything or up sell me. In fact when I wanted a platinum band he told me that I should perhaps consider white gold to keep the costs down. I ended up going with platinum anyway and he helped bring in a diamond for me from New York. Anytime I hit him up whether it's to do a plat stamp or to stop by he's never turned me down even though he's busy. He never said "no" to any of my requests and just always got the job done. From start to finish he answered so many of my questions. I had LOTS of questions. I just like that he's always made himself available and never made any of my requests seem like too much. The finished product was absolute stunning. My fiance loves the engagement ring. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The buying experience was incredible. I'm happy that there is life time servicing available for the ring - cleaning, polishing, resizing, ect. I will be back for wedding bands.

Felix played a special role in planning for my surprised proposal. It all started with 'the' RING! I sat in his office, we discussed on what my now Fiancé likes and step by step concluded on a beautiful diamond, ring setting and style. Never I felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He is very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. My Fiancé was astonished when she saw the ROCK!
