The different choices that I could get and I ended up getting exactly what I had envisioned and Felix worked around my budget. My finance loves her ring so much and could not be any happier. Again, the service I was provided was impeccable. Felix took my vision and made me two beautiful custom rings while staying within my budget and in a very decent timeline. I think the best piece of advice I can offer anyone is if your debating on visiting diamond net, don't hesitate. You will by no means feel any pressure from them. Whether you end up purchasing from them or not they will still help you out and provide you with the information that your looking for. That to me is very important because a lot of places don't want to invest their time with you if you don't purchase something. Or they make you feel like you have to buy something. Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating. Not once did he complain or give up. Costumer service was so genuine that we reffered someone even before I got my ring back!!

Felix played a special role in planning for my surprised proposal. It all started with 'the' RING! I sat in his office, we discussed on what my now Fiancé likes and step by step concluded on a beautiful diamond, ring setting and style. Never I felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He is very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. My Fiancé was astonished when she saw the ROCK! I told Felix I will be back for the wedding band, which I now have in my possession, and yes it is also a Work Of Art. BRAVO!
