My name is Alex I picked up my ring 3 weeks ago. I came in after being at another ring shop in Langley that was high pressure high stress and when I met with Felix all that went out the window my experience was awesome, I let him know the diamond shape and setting I wanted and within a half hour we found the perfect stone and setting and had it being made. Felix is amazing and was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking stones and settings and guiding what looks the best/size on finger! He has a large variety of diamonds which helps the process to see different shapes on hand. We never felt pressured to buy anything and the turnaround time for the finished product was SOO QUICK! Highly recommend!

Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!
