I usually never leave a Google review but I feel Felix deserves praise. After going to various diamond dealers for an engagement ring, I chose Felix. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!
