I was recommended by a colleague to go to DiamondNet and ask for Felix. The experience was so positive and easy going! Felix was great in explaining the different types of diamonds and rings, and was able to present to me different options within my budget. I highly recommend this place when it comes to purchasing an engagement ring - furthermore, the turnaround to get your ring designed and finished does not take longer than 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend Felix at Diamond Net! I met Felix not even a year ago and he helped me find the perfect engagement ring for my wife within a few weeks. Fast forward a few months to our wedding, Felix once again made my wife and I very happy by creating her a beautiful custom wedding band. We would like to give a shout-out and a huge THANK YOU to Felix for helping us get our perfect ring. Felix was super sweet and patient with us from the beginning start to end. To start, we were unsure and indecisive on what exactly we wanted (shape, carat, colour, cut) and Felix took his time to explain every little diamond detail to us. When we started to look into loose diamonds, he took his time to carefully give us his professional feedback on each diamond and we found that super helpful. After deciding which diamond was the best for us, Felix helped us customize our ring design and we couldn’t be any more happier. The result and final touch was spectacular! The ring was PERFECT and exactly like how we imagined it to be. We were so amazed and we definitely will be recommending Diamond Net & Felix to our family and friends.
