I got Felix's information from my brother whom just raved about this place. I really could understand why because he got a beautiful set of custom rings for his engagement/wedding. Seeing what he got, I knew I had to check it out when my time came. Few years later, with very little knowledge about diamonds I decided to go see Felix for my now, fiancé's engagement ring and wedding band. I can't say enough about how happy I was with this place. The entire process from start to finish was such a smooth process. I wasn't well versed on what it is that I was wanting to get and Felix walked me through the entire process and explained everything to me. The different choices that I could get and I ended up getting exactly what I had envisioned and Felix worked around my budget. My finance loves her ring so much and could not be any happier. Again, the service I was provided was impeccable. Felix took my vision and made me two beautiful custom rings while staying within my budget and in a very decent timeline. I think the best piece of advice I can offer anyone is if your debating on visiting diamond net, don't hesitate. You will by no means feel any pressure from them. Whether you end up purchasing from them or not they will still help you out and provide you with the information that your looking for. That to me is very important because a lot of places don't want to invest their time with you if you don't purchase something. Or they make you feel like you have to buy something. Highly recommended! Simply put, Felix helped me find the perfect diamond for my engagement ring and I couldn't be happier. He worked within my budget and didn't at any time try to up-sell or rush/pressure me. This was a wonderful consumer experience! Oh and did I mention, she said 'YES'! There is a reason why Diamond net has a 5/5 review. Felix is absolutely amazing!!!! He is honest, knowledgeable, super friendly and knows what he's doing. Many people will claim that they are diamond "wholesalers" but Felix is actually the real deal and his prices are the best in Vancouver. We shopped around a lot, many people are actually diamond brokers instead of wholesalers, there is a huge difference between the two. I can say with great confidence we received the best customer service and price from Felix. Not only is he honest but he doesn't try to pressure you into anything as seen from other people in the lower mainland. The quality of the product is also amazing. My engagement ring is to die for. We will definitely be using him again for all future diamond needs and highly recommend him for anyone searching for an engagement ring, wedding band, diamond earrings, loose diamonds etc. Thank you Felix!!!!! Such an amazing experience working with Felix at DiamondNet. I browsed engagement rings at several jewelers and nothing compared to the relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable experience of working with Felix. I was able to physically see, compare and handle various diamonds. Felix was very patient and not pushy at all - he answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and did not try to convince me one way or another. All around great experience and I’m extremely satisfied with the ring we received… she said yes! Thanks Felix.
