After deciding which diamond was the best for us, Felix helped us customize our ring design and we couldn’t be any more happier. The result and final touch was spectacular! Felix was amazing! He was the only one who was able to source my 5ct diamond and create the exact ring I was looking for! He responds quickly and does not give you any pressure. Highly recommend! Will be back for our wedding bands :)

Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating. Not once did he complain or give up. Costumer service was so genuine that we reffered someone even before I got my ring back!!
