Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. Amazing dealer. I was dealing with Felix and he was pretty good he helped me in my budget. he showed me a different diamond then I found a better one and he gave me the diamond I wanted and in my budget. he was really understanding and great to work with. I shopped around at other places but when it came down the price Felix gave me was better. He's good at what he does. I highly recommend him.
