Felix is extremely knowledgeable and kind. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase a particular product with him. He has a wide variety of diamonds available and is very patient in allowing a purchaser to look through many options. Felix was great to work with. He described the different types of diamonds and was able to show us quite a few options within our budget. He is very honest, professional and helpful.
